SURPRISE VALENTINE CARD!

Happy Hello Friends!

Today I'm sharing my first project for Canvas Corp Brands...The challenge was to create a Valentine card and send it as a surprise.....Well, I created this card to send to my mom from my son.....I want to let him add some of his own crafty details before we send it out.....I used various Canvas Corp products...(7Gypsies and Tattered Angels).....
I wanted the main focus on the "Canvas Corp Brand" heart in the center of the card....I cut a piece of lace I had on hand and painted it with Tattered Angels Glimmer Glam and High Impact Paint...

I wanted this to be a simple but artsy card....The black cording is available at Canvas Corp Brands.....I wanted to add the cording to create an effect like it's holding the heart in place....I wanted to add the little metal heart from 7Gypsies so I decided to hang it from a chain....
I have been experimenting with the Tattered Angels High Impact paint on various projects and I LOVE the smooth/thick texture....I painted the chipboard piece with "High Impact" black.....I then sprayed over that with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist - Pearl...
The heart tag already had a hole in the top left so I added a grommet and strung the chain through the hole.....Stop on by the Canvas Corp Brands store and check out the beautiful products!
(Canvas Corp Brands, Tattered Angels, 7Gypsies)....
