Design Team Project
Hey now! I truly love DISTRESSED, rustic, old world styles! This distressed creation was achieved by using metal elements and painting chipboard numerous shades of earth tones. I created a copper glittered medallion by using a "Fiskars" punch. I added gold eyelets to each corner, painted the edges with "Tim Holtz" crackle paint and applied "Liquid Leaf" (classic gold) to the crackled edges. Lastly I added a vintage button. (see photos below) I added "Tattered Angels" copper shimmer mist throughout the project and applied "Liquid Leaf" in classic gold. Lovin those earth tones! I have one room in my house full of distressed, rustic accents. Some cold days when leaving my house I throw on that distressed brown leather jacket and hat ready to face the day!
PEACE!
