Design Team Project
Hey now!  I truly love DISTRESSED, rustic, old world styles! This distressed creation was achieved by using metal elements and painting chipboard numerous shades of earth tones. I created a copper glittered medallion by using a "Fiskars" punch.  I added gold eyelets to each corner, painted the edges with "Tim Holtz" crackle paint and applied "Liquid Leaf" (classic gold) to the crackled edges.  Lastly I added a vintage button. (see photos below)  I added "Tattered Angels" copper shimmer mist throughout the project and applied "Liquid Leaf" in classic gold.  Lovin those earth tones!  I have one room in my house full of distressed, rustic accents.  Some cold days when leaving my house I throw on that distressed brown leather jacket and hat ready to face the day!

Medallion Supply List:
Fiskars (Square scalloped punch)
Tim Holtz (Distress Crackle Paint)
Liquid Leaf (Classic Gold)
Vintage Button
Copper Glittered Cardstock
Paint Brush
Embroidery Thread
Start by using the "Fiskars" square scalloped punch on the copper glittered card stock.
Add the gold eyelets to each corner by using a "Fiskars" round punch.
Add "Tim Holtz" Distress crackle paint around the edges.
When the crackle paint is dry, add the "Liquid Leaf" (classic gold).
When the "Liquid Leaf" is dry add the vintage button.  I used a hot glue gun.
VOILA!!! A unique distressed medallion to add to your project!
