AUTUMN TAG

Today I'm sharing a tag I made for Lisa Gardner for the October tag trade at the ~Scraps of Darkness/Scraps of Elegance FORUM

 

This month there is a combination of  fabulous Halloween and Autumn projects being traded.  I recently received a peacock stencil from "StencilGirl Products" and I wanted to play with texture and colors with it.  So I added deep reds from "Lindy's Stamp Gang" and highlighted the tag with Inka Gold from "Viva".....with autumn colors in mind.  I wanted to add a deep rich color to offset the brights so I went with purple.

 

I cut pieces of lace from "Tresors de Luxe" and sprayed it with "Lindy's Stamp Gang".

 

The peacock feather chipboard is from "Gina's Design's"...I altered it by adding "Lindy's Stamp Gang" mists and embossing powders.

I added a piece of flourish from "Zva Creative" down the tag and painted it.  I added some beads over the butterfly and to the right of the tag using "Aileen's" clear gel adhesive.

Today I also want to thank everyone who sent warm wishes for my new design team acceptance at "Something Tattered".  The news took me by surprise....Wow!! - I really appreciate the support from my crafty friends!!xxx's
