Today I have another reveal with the awesome "Whimsy" June kit from: "Scraps of Elegance" click here

 

I made this birthday card (shhhh - for my sister) using My Minds Eye papers, chipboard and stickers all included in the kit.  Light aqua blue and golden yellows are the main colors on this card.  I used a "Martha Stewart" punch on the golden (add on) paper in the kit.

 

Also included in the kit was the yellow/white twine, pastel colored "Prima" roses and the "Tim Holtz" metal tags.

 

 

I added talcum powder to the back of the hot air balloon sticker to make it smooth and not sticky.

 

My next project was a fun and whimsical filled page!  I used "Prima" papers, flowers, music note clips......"Renea Bouquet's" butterflies, "Tim Holtz" metal tag and "Lindy's Stamp Gang" black orchid silver mist (all included in the kit).  I went a little overboard on the mist but it looks gorgeous in person.  It's hard to see the silver sheen in the photo.
