"SOMETHING TATTERED" - First Project

Happy Hello Friends!

Today I'm sharing my first design team project as education coordinator for "Something Tattered".... I wanted to create a simple yet elegant tag that can be used for the holiday season or a "special" occasion.....The holiday season is a busy season and it's nice to create something quick but adds elegance to your gifts, packages, and more!  I created a video showing you some techniques using the "Something Tattered" stamps.
Click on the video link below to see how the "Shooting Star" tag was made:
I picked up some "glittered" star ornaments at Wal-Mart to create the "Shooting Star" effect.  I also saw similar stars at "The Dollar Tree".....
I created two tags using one 12"x 12" metallic copper cardstock and vellum.
When heat embossing using " intricate detailed" stamps, it's best to choose an "extra fine" or "detailed" embossing powder.  The detail will not show up using regular embossing powders.
I chose to work with gold and copper because they're rich colors for the holiday season.....

The gold glittered wrapping paper is available at Wal-Mart.
Stop on by "Something Tattered" online store and create something elegant, something beautiful today!

Thanks for stopping by!
