WITH A CHERRY ON TOP

Today I'm sharing a sweet shabby chic styled card using the "Authentique" papers included in this month's awesome kit "Sweet Summer Nights"......

I used the pink paper in the kit and cut out petals and butterflies with a punch.  I created little roses with a punch from "EK Success".  I sprayed everything with "Lindy's Stamp Gang" mist -"Cotton Candy Pink".  I added lace from "Tresors de Luxe".  The pink rhinestones were included in the kit and I added them to the lace.

I did a small amount of stitching on the sewing machine.

I added a grommet and pulled ribbon through and tied a bow.  I added touches of gesso throughout.

 Here you can see the sheen from the mist.  The die cut is from "Sizzix".  The large flower is from "Prima".

The little tag with "Cherry on Top" was included in the kit.  I added an eyelet and twine to the tag.

I traced the scallops from the "Sizzix" envelope. It's the second layer of the card.
